This privacy policy governs your use of the software application "TinyClerk" and "TinyClerkFree" (later referred as the/this "application") for Windows (tm) devices that was created by Open Soft Oy (Finland-based company).
The application is a Personal Computer Windows application intended to do bookkeeping.
The application does not require any user registration. The application does not require the user to provide any personal information.
The only user provided data that this application uses is the information you provide directly within the application when you do the bookkeeping or set it up.
All data are only stored locally on your device, within the application local folder, following Window's security best practices.
The application does not collect any information automatically.
The application does not share any information automatically with third parties.
The application does not collect information about the location of your device.
Third parties do not see and/or have access to information obtained by the application.
In case of program error in the application, the appstore may collect data of your device. This data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app, the time and date of your use and other statistics. The application has no way to influence this.
You can delete all user provided data by uninstalling the application from your device. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your device or via the application marketplace.
After running uninstall check that this folder is removed: C:\Users\Nn\AppData\Local\TinyClerk (or TinyClerkFree). Nn is your Windows account. If it is still there, remove it manually. All your application data is saved there.
The application does not address anyone under the age of 13 or collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. The application does not solicit data from children under the age of 13. The application is not marketed to children under the age of 13.
Please be aware that, although the application provides reasonable security for information it processes and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches (e.g., a zero-day attack targeting the operating system).
In order to ensure an optimal security, you shall regularly install any application's update available from the application marketplace.
You are advised to regularly check for any Windows OS update(s) that could be available and to enable automatic updates.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. When this happens, the new Privacy Policy is posted to this web-address and the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy is updated.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
