How to make a bug report
- First, check the web help page, in case the bug is already reported
- Set the debug on from below
- Repeat the case that reveals the bug
- Set the debug off
- Send a bug report following the instructions below

- Don't leave the debug on after you have recorded the bug

In Windows
- You have to create the bug report mail manually from your mail client
- Clicking the row copies the text to the clipboard
- You have to attach the debug.zip file manually to the mail as an attachment, the path is not enough
- When you set the debug off, in Windows the Windows explorer opens and the debug.zip file is selected
- Attach debug.zip file to the bug report mail

In Android
- Your mail is created when you click this
- Add the description and send it
- The debug.zip is attached automatically

- If the bug is hard to debug, you may need to set the debug trace level on
- Don't do this unless the application support asks you to do it
