Main menu
Title bar
The structure of the title bar is the same in all views. These are the functions:

Back
- Back to the previous view. In reports, there are also a symbol <<, which jumps straight to the main menu.
- Don't use the back-control of the browser
- It breaks the control of the application and it takes you a couple of clicks to recover

Search
- The Search opens a list view of the object in hand. In the main menu the object is company.

Menu
- The functions of the view that belong nowhere else goes here. In main menu, you can change the theme between light/dark from the menu.

Help
- Opens the appropriate page from the help in another tab.

Refresh
- Refresh the page losing the possible messages. This replaces the refresh of the browser.
- Don't use the refresh-control of the browser
- It breaks the control of the application and it takes you back to the main menu to recover
Company bar
One of the companies in the application is always the current.
The company bar shows the current company.
You can change the current company by clicking the row and choosing another company from the opening list.

Company
- The object called company in this application is actually one fiscal year of the real company
- Contains the company specific data and localization data

Account
- Contains the chart of accounts and it's update
- The chart is the basis of the reporting

Voucher
- Contains the vouchers and their entries
- This is where the accounting happens

Chart of accounts

Journal
- List of the vouchers and entries ordered by date

General ledger
- List of the vouchers and entries ordered by account

Trial balance
- List of account balancies from a given date
- Checked monthly to eliminate errors
- Used heavily when the year is closing

Balance sheet
- Demanded by authorities
- Tells you how much assets you have and how much you are in debt

Income statement
- Demanded by authorities
- Tells you how you are doing financially at a given time
- You can plan your wages with this

Maintenance
- Backup and restore
- All the evil details hated but necessary
