Self-contained packages for Windows v1.4.0

Packages are built with .Net Core v8.0. The self-contained package does not require any other installations to work. The packages are not signed, so they are treated as malware.

After installation

• The program installs to C:\Users\nn\AppData\Local\Programs\Tinyclerk.
• The first boot creates the data directory to C:\Users\nn\AppData\Local\tinyclerk.
• The application interface runs in the default browser.
